Ready to learn American Mahjong but not sure where to start? Pull up a seat at The Beginner’s Table our signature introduction to the game designed for complete beginners.
Over the course of this hands-on class, we’ll walk you through the foundations of American Mahjong in a welcoming, approachable setting. You’ll learn the tiles and suits, understand how a hand unfolds from start to finish, master the Charleston, learn how to read the National Mah Jongg League card, and begin building hands with confidence.
No experience is necessary. We provide the tiles, teaching materials, and expert instruction, you simply bring yourself.
